  1. What is the price for an advertisement on HOTELCAREER?
    The price for an advertisement on HOTELCAREER depends on the time period and on the number of positions you wish to have online. An overview about the different price categories can be found here.  
  2. Can I change the content and the position of a job posting while it is online? What does it cost?
    You can change the content and the position of your job posting as often as you like. There is not charge for any changes done.  
  3. Will the validity of the contract automatically be extended?
    No, the contract will not be extended automatically. Before the expiration of the contract you will be contacted by our customer service reminding you of the upcoming expiry date.  
  4. What happens after the expiration of the contract?
    After the contract period your account will be deactivated. Whenever you sign a new advertisement contract your account will be re-activated and you can access all data saved from your latest advertising period.  
  5. What does it cost to extend the advertisement period??
    If you wish to extend your contract period the price depends on the time period and the number of positions you wish to have online. For further details please refer to our pricelist.  
  6. What do I have to do in order to advertise my current vacancies on HOTELCAREER?
    In order to advertise your vacancies on HOTELCAREER you have to fill out our agreement form, sign it and fax it back to us. Furthermore please send us text and picture material which we need to set up your adverts (free if charge) in one of our standard layouts. For further details you will then be contacted by our customer service.  
  7. How long does it take to have the adverts online?
    After receipt of text and picture material for the adverts our customer service will create a sample advert within the scope of their layout possibilities. For further details you will be contacted within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). After 1-2 days your adverts will be online.  
  8. Can PDF documents be included?
    Yes, ready-made PDF documents can be uploaded free of charge. Simply forward the document to your customer service agent.  
  9. What amount of work do I have to calculate with when advertising on HOTELCAREER?
    Minimal. After you have sent us text and picture material for the advert our customer service will create a sample advert within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). Afterwards you will be guided through the system via a phone call and you receive your personal login data. Within the password secured area you can then administer your adverts at any time: set up new adverts, modify existing ones, activate or deactivate them.  
  10. What does it cost to access all job seeker profiles in HOTELCAREER?
    For HOTELCAREER clients with a current agreement the access to all profiles in the database is free of charge.  
  11. How can candidates find my job offers?
    With the help of different criteria your job offers are categorised and come up as a search result when the corresponding criteria has been chosen by the applicant. Additionally a jobfinder compares latest job offers with existing search profiles and sends out the corresponding job offers directly to the candidates.  
  12. Do all applications arrive via e-mail?
    No, not all applications necessarily arrive by e-mail. Within your advert your postal address as well as an e-mail address will be published. Applicants can send out their application by standard mail, use the online application form or send out their application in an individual e-mail.
